How long do orders take to arrive?Depending on where it is shipped, the estimated time may vary. Normally shipments to Spain take between 7 and 8 working days, although this may vary depending on the current situation (holidays, COVID-19...). Orders that are sent to the rest of Europe usually take about 2/2 and a half weeks to arrive. Orders shipped outside of Europe may take up to 3/4 weeks.

¿Qué pasa si hay un problema con la entrega del pedido? Causas y proceso de devolución.Hay varias causas por las que no se pueda efectuar la entrega del pedido por parte de la empresa de transporte y es importante tenerlas en cuenta para evitar el proceso de devolución al remitente (es decir, a mí): · Fallo en la dirección/dirección incompleta: si la dirección proporcionada a la hora de hacer el envío es errónea o incompleta en cualquiera de sus apartados (nombre, código postal, calle, número...), el paquete no se podrá entregar. Es muy importante que verifiques bien todos los datos a la hora de hacer el pedido, si te das cuenta de un error después de hacerlo, puedes avisarme sin problema para yo poder modificar los datos siempre que no haya enviado el paquete aún. Si ya he enviado el paquete, intentará hacerse la entrega y, al no ser posible, se iniciará el proceso de devolución. Cuando me llegue el paquete, llevará una pegatina con el motivo de devolución especificado. En este momento, me pondré en contacto contigo para avisarte de que el paquete me ha llegado y poder encontrar una solución. Si quisieras el reenvío del paquete, se tendrían que pagar nuevamente los gastos de envío o, si no, se te haría la devolución del coste del pedido a excepción de los gastos de envío que no se devuelven, ya que este se ha efectuado. · Ausencia en el domicilio a la hora de la entrega y no recogida posteriormente en la oficina de Correos: si en la dirección proporcionada no hay nadie para recoger el paquete en el momento de la entrega, en la mayoría de los casos de deja el papel con el aviso de entrega (aunque hay veces que no). Si esto pasa, en caso de haber escogido un envío con seguimiento, puedes ver el intento de entrega en la web de rastreo y sabrás con seguridad si está en la oficina para ser retirado. En caso de que tu envío sea ordinario (sin seguimiento), tendrás que tener en cuenta el tiempo de entrega estimado de tu pedido (puedes verlo según los diferentes países en otros apartados de este FAQ) y, si ves que ha pasado más tiempo del estimado, lo mejor es que llames o te acerques a tu oficina de Correos correspondiente para preguntar si hay un paquete con tus datos para retirar. Es importante tener esto en cuenta para que no pase mucho tiempo por si acaso esté allí para recoger, ya que si pasan más de 15 días y el paquete no es reclamado, se iniciará el proceso de devolución. Al igual que en la anterior, me pondré en contacto contigo cuando me llegue el paquete para llegar a un acuerdo. · Paquete rehusado: el paquete ha sido rechazado expresamente por el destinatario. Si rechazas el paquete, se iniciará el proceso de devolución y, cuando me llegue, sabré que esta es la causa ya que viene indicado en el paquete por parte de Correos. En este caso, me pondré en contacto contigo para informarte de esto y saber el motivo del rechazo. Como en esta situación no es un error ni por mi parte ni por la de Correos, la solución que te puedo dar es diferente a las anteriores: si no quieres el pedido, se te hará la devolución del importe de los productos en forma de vale para comprar en la web. Si quisieras un reenvío del paquete o si lo has rechazado porque querías cambiar algo que pediste o que no querías por error, puedo cambiarlo siempre que el importe sea del mismo valor o pagando la diferencia en caso de que sea mayor. En ningún caso de devolverán los gastos de envío. · Desconocido: el repartidor no tiene forma de contactar con el destinatario y este no figura en el domicilio indicado ni en los buzones, siendo una dirección correcta. Ante esta situación, también se iniciará el proceso de devolución y me pondré en contacto contigo cuando llegue el paquete para intentar comprender qué ha pasado y, depende del motivo que sea, contemplar qué solución de las dos diferentes que he nombrado en este caso es la que sería más conveniente. · Rechazado por la aduana: este es un motivo muy poco común y que, en mi caso, nunca se me ha devuelto un paquete por esta causa. La aduana podría rechazar un paquete por el tipo de contenido que lleva, pudiendo ser productos no permitidos o no reconocidos. Todos los productos que se venden en esta web son aceptados para pasar la aduana, por eso sería muy extraño que un paquete se devolviera por esta causa. En caso de que se devolviera un paquete por esta razón, te avisaría para que lo supieras y yo me pondría en contacto con Correos para notificar sobre esto y poner una incidencia si así me lo indican, ya que, en este caso, no es responsabilidad ni del comprador ni mía. Este proceso puede llevar un poco de tiempo hasta que yo pueda tener una solución/respuesta por parte de Correos y poder reenviar el paquete sin costes adicionales. En cualquier caso, los procesos de devolución son más largos ya que el pedido tiene que llegar a su destino y luego volver a su origen. Hasta que yo no tenga el paquete devuelto, no podré ofrecerte ninguna solución, siempre será una vez que a mí me llegue el paquete, ya que sino, no tengo forma de saber qué ha pasado ni por qué se ha devuelto o, en caso de ser sin seguimiento, si realmente no ha llegado o si llegará más tarde por un retraso normal en la entrega. Siempre que la responsabilidad de la devolución sea a causa del destinatario, los costes de envío no serán devueltos ni podré reenviarlo sin coste. Si el error ha sido por parte de la empresa de transporte y sea demostrable, podré reenviar el paquete sin costes adicionales. En caso de que haya habido un error por mi parte, se devolverá la totalidad del pedido o se reenviará también sin costes adicionales, ya que serán asumidos por mí. Normally a yellow paper is left informing that the order could not be delivered due to absence, although there are cases in which it is not. If you think that your package should have already been delivered and it may be that you have not been present at that address, it is best to call or go to the corresponding post office asking if there is any order in the office with your data. You can do this regardless of the delivery you choose. · The shipping address is wrong: if the address provided has some incorrect information, the order will try to reach its destination but as no address is found, the return process to the sender will take place, that is, it will arrive again at my address your order and I will notify you in that case. This process is longer since it would be as if the order were sent twice because it has to go and return to its origin. · The least common: the package has been lost. In the event that a package has been lost, depending on the type of shipment you have chosen, it may or may not be claimed. With ordinary shipping, it is not possible to know where the package is, nor the state in which it is found, nor claim it, since there will be no information available about this shipment other than the date on which it was sent, and I cannot be held responsible for the order. once shipped. What type of shipping do you use?You can choose between ordinary and certified shipping, the differences between them are as follows: The most common shipment is the ordinary one. This shipment is the cheapest and therefore does not have a tracking number and it is not possible to know where the package is or claim at the Post Office in case of loss or defect due to the shipment. It is the most used to not increase the price for buyers, but I cannot be held responsible for the package in any way once it has been sent. There are very few cases of shipments being lost or in poor condition, all of them usually reach their destination correctly, but this possibility exists, even if it is minimal. Certified shipping does have a tracking number so you can locate the package at any time. This shipment is much more expensive than the ordinary one, but you can ask at the Post Office in case the package has not arrived. This shipment does not cover shipping defects, only location. The difference between ordinary and certified does not influence the arrival time, both take the same time. If you would like a shipment to arrive faster, you would need the order to be sent as urgent, but this option is not available at Correos for all orders (it has a weight and size limit), therefore, if you would like your order to be sent as urgent, please contact me to confirm that it is possible. What day are orders dispatched?Normally I ship on Wednesday of every week, unless there is some reason that prevents me from doing so (for example, it falls on a holiday). In that case, I will ship the order the next day possible. This means that if you place an order on Tuesday, I may or may not be able to ship it on Wednesday, as there are some items that require more time to prepare. If you place an order on Wednesday, it will take a week to ship it. Otherwise, if you place an order on Monday, it will be shipped within two days. The estimated delivery date for orders starts from when I ship, not from the day the order was placed.

What is the process to follow when order a custom illustration?First of all, I will need to know what your idea is and everything you would like to capture in the illustration. Also different photos of the people that I have to illustrate and above all there are some in which the faces can be seen well to be able to capture the details well, there is not a limited number of photos that you can leave me, the more the better! Once I have all the material, I will start to sketch your idea and when the sketch is ready I will show it to you to see how you see it. When you are satisfied with the features and composition, I will start with the second part of the process: final lines, color and textures. This second part takes a bit more time, as I'll clean up the entire illustration. When I have finished it, I will show it to you again in case you want to make any color changes and when you give it the go-ahead, I will export the files to send them to you by email. Digital files are always included when ordering an illustration in .pdf, .png and .jpg. Physical shipments have a separate cost.

How far in advance should I order a custom illustration?At least 2 weeks / 2 and a half weeks in advance to be able to organize the agenda of orders and that everyone has their illustrations for the indicated dates. If you also want the physical delivery of the illustration, at least 3 weeks to cover the time it takes from when I send it until it arrives.

How much do custom illustrations cost?Illustrations, being personalized, do not have a fixed price as such, since each idea is different. The variants that make the illustrations have one price or another are the complexity of the idea, the style you choose and the number of people / pets that appear in the illustration. How long does it take to finish a custom illustration?The time it takes from when the order is placed and when it is completely finished is not always the same. This depends on the complexity of your idea and the number of orders you have at the moment. To ensure that you will have the illustration for the date you need, order it at least 2/3 weeks in advance. If you also want the physical delivery of the illustration, add an extra week to cover the time it takes from when I send it to when it arrives.
